The Steering Group, Inc., established in 1996, is a talent management solutions provider specializing in pre-hire assessment tools to help improve your odds and lower the risk of profit-draining bad hires. We met The Steering Group when we attended the ISSA Convention in Las Vegas. Bill & Joe were in need of an upgrade for their website, and the timing couldn't have been more perfect for us to meet.
