Our Internship Program
We started our Internship Program in 2016, and we’ve been refining it every year since based on feedback from our interns and our local college partners. What began as a simple way to give students real-world credit has grown into a structured, course-driven program built to actually teach.
Here’s what makes our program different: we don’t hand our interns busy work.
Instead, we build each internship around the area you’re genuinely interested in, then guide you through a curated set of online courses and hands-on projects that walk you from fundamentals to launching real, production-ready work. You leave with skills you can point to — not a list of errands you ran.
Who we’re looking for
We’d like to speak with students who are:
- Proactive — a get-it-done kind of person
- Reliable and able to follow through
- A confident, clear communicator

Choose your track
When you join, we start by understanding what you want to grow into. From there, we place you into a learning track. A few examples:
Web Development
You’ll work through a course path that takes you end to end: setting up a local WordPress development environment, building a full WordPress website with ecommerce capabilities, and then learning how to properly launch a site to production. By the end you’ll understand the complete lifecycle of a real website — the same way we build them for clients.
Software Development
Learn the foundations of building custom tools and applications — working in a real development environment, understanding how the pieces of an application connect, and following a project from concept through to something functional.
Social Media Marketing
Learn how modern social content actually gets planned, produced, and published across platforms — the strategy behind it, not just the posting — and how it ties back into a business’s broader marketing.
Search Engine Optimization
Work through how search visibility really works — on-page fundamentals, content, and the reporting tools we use — so you understand how businesses get found by the people searching for them.
These are just examples. We tailor the specific courses to your interests and skill level, and we’ve been doing exactly this since 2016.
