Ecoferral is a member portal for referral networking groups, built and run by Eco York. Members give and track qualified referrals, check in at meetings with a QR code, welcome guests and see who to refer next. Chapter leaders run their meetings, members and website from one place, and the organization sees every chapter side by side. Each group keeps its own brand; Ecoferral appears only as “powered by” in the footer.
What We Built
- Referral tracking from the first introduction to closed business, with email alerts, thank-yous and monthly reports for every member
- Meeting check-in with a rotating QR code, guest sign-in and attendance tracking
- A website for every chapter that keeps itself up to date: member businesses, meeting calendar, open seats, speakers and visit forms
- A page for every member business, built to be found on Google and by AI assistants
- Reporting across chapters, sponsorships and online dues payments for organizations with many chapters
- Privacy by design: referral contact details are seen only by the giver, the receiver and their chapter leader
Results
PRE York (Professional Referral Exchange) went live in September 2026 with its full referral history of 569 referrals moved in on day one. Its public website, preyork.com, now runs on Ecoferral in place of a WordPress site.
